The bottom two are just, ick, too painful to look at. According to the person who posted the images, the patient wasn't wearing any helmet at all. However, they survived -- throwing the whole "oh, if I wreck I'm just going to die anyway so it's not worth wearing a helmet" argument out the window as well. I don't even want to know what kind of soft tissue damage occurred. Hope they had good maxillofacial and plastic surgeons. Speaking of surgeons, I had my wisdom teeth extracted by a maxillofacial surgeon this summer. Turns out he's the on-call oral and maxillofacial surgeon at the ER for the local hospital too.
