I just noticed you had a fuelly account as well - nice. I actually have been keeping track for a few years on my Subie. I was happy to see fuelly has import and export functionality and I don't lose my data!

That's quite the nice average you have going. Great job! Now you just have to plot out some fun trips to break your monthly record. What's your daily record so far?

Yup, I've seen the SVs on Fuelly because I'm one of them.

Anyway, no need to reinvent the wheel: <a href="http://www.mileagetracker.org" rel="nofollow">Mileage Tracker</a>

And since you've been using Fuelly, you might be interested to know that I wrote a script to convert data exported from Fuelly into something that can been imported into Mileage Tracker. I gave it to Payne (the guy who runs Mileage Tracker) so you'll have to contact him if you're interested.

Hmm, I have a feeling that this is going to become a separate post in itself.

What did you use to record the mileage? I used to use an excel spreadsheet (with price gouging checks just in case) and was thinking about making a web site to do this - and then I found fuelly.com Fuelly is pretty cool, and there are already a few SV's on there:
